SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY - Coverage: We currently ship orders only within India. - Processing Time: As our products are handmade, please allow 7 to 10 business days for shipment. - Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including Landmark) and a valid mobile number. - Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, the customer will be liable for additional re-shipping charges. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY - No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This is confirmed via a mandatory checkbox agreement at checkout. 3. RETURN, REFUND, & UNBOXING REQUIREMENT - No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of crochet items, we follow a strict NO-RETURN and NO-EXCHANGE policy. - MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO: To claim any damage during transit, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be: a) Uncut and unedited. b) Clearly show the shipping label. c) Show the opening of the package from start to finish. Without a valid unboxing video, no claims for damage or missing items will be entertained. 4.
